The 6H09A Multi-Axis Knee Joint is designed for patients with low to moderate activity levels. This joint is used in hip prostheses for transfemoral amputations, including transfemoral amputations with knee joint displacement. The maintenance-free needle bearings used on all axes ensure high reliability and extend the lifespan of the knee joint. The joint’s kinematics allow the prosthesis to shorten by up to 15 millimeters during the swing phase. The 6H09A knee joint features an adjustable extension assist.
